Hi and welcome! We are Spangler Manor Sober living for women! Welcome to the family- No matter the reason that you stumbled across our page, we are here to help! We offer a family like atmosphere, a sisterhood to encompass and encourage every woman that walks through our door. Our goal is to provide a safe, serene, sober environment with like-minded women in recovery from drug addiction. Spangler Manor wants to come along side you and encourage you every step of the way in your pursuit of recovery. If addiction is a lifestyle, recovery very much is as well. Spangler Manor allows you to be responsible for your own recovery, while working, attending meetings, and working with a sponsor.
We have a weekly house meeting, where we will prepare a meal together and eat as a family. We will discuss our highs and lows of the past week, as well as our goals and plans for the week ahead. We will discuss any triggers we may have had, as well as an open discussion about our disease. Knowledge and unity is power. Knowing we share experiences and traumas with other addicts, reminds us that we are not alone!
